On November 7th, 2012 a 1% sales tax increase was passed to support EMS operations. This sales tax increase allows us to provide around the clock Advanced Life Support (ALS) coverage for our community and guests to our town & county. We have also increased volunteer stipends to better compensate our hard working personnel that are the heart of our organization. Thank you Silverton for you support!
